Setting up permissions and content hierarchies for a mid-market sales department is usually the part that breaks a new platform. ClearSlide handled it better than I expected. Role-based access is straightforward, and organizing content by sales stage with different visibility rules took me maybe a weekend to figure out on my own. That's genuinely impressive for something this layered.
The one real friction point: admin documentation is thin. I had to submit two support tickets in my first month just to understand how group-level permissions interact with individual user overrides. Solid tool overall, but the setup guides need work.
