The job costing feature is the one I keep returning to, and after roughly a year of solo use, my feelings on it are genuinely split. On the good side, it lets me attach labor, materials, and subcontractor costs directly to individual project phases, which means I can see at a glance where a build is bleeding money before the invoice goes out. That kind of granularity is hard to find in a tool aimed at smaller operators, and I do appreciate it. But the input side is clunky. Adding line items requires more clicks than it should, there's no way to duplicate a cost entry across phases, and if you fat-finger a figure and save it, the edit flow takes you through three confirmation screens. Annoying when you're doing this twenty times on a busy day.
