Three-plus years running Creatio for a mid-sized education charity, and the thing that keeps me sleeping soundly is the uptime record. Genuinely. I can count meaningful outages on one hand, and even then they resolved faster than our team had time to write an incident report. Bugs surface occasionally, as they do with any platform, but my experience has been that the development cycle catches and patches issues quickly. No drawn-out saga of a broken feature sitting untouched for months, which was a real problem with the legacy system we retired.
For a non-profit context, that reliability matters enormously. My team cannot afford a CRM going dark mid-campaign or during student intake season. The no-code workflow builder has also held up without the creaky performance I feared we'd get after heavy customisation. Customer support is responsive, though occasionally the first-tier responses feel a little scripted before escalation kicks in. Value for the feature depth is strong, especially compared to what we used before. If stability is your top concern, Creatio earns the confidence.
