The UI is genuinely one of the cleaner ones I've worked with across a CRM. Everything sits where you'd expect it, the dashboard customization is quick to pick up, and the no-code workflow builder doesn't feel like it's fighting you every step of the way. I spend a lot of time inside the contact and opportunity views, and after about a year the navigation still feels intuitive rather than something I've just grudgingly memorized. That matters more than people admit.
My one real gripe is with the mobile experience. It's functional, but only barely. When I'm away from my desk and need to log a quick note or check a deal stage, the interface shrinks down in a way that makes certain fields annoyingly hard to tap. The web version earns its stars. The mobile version lags behind by a noticeable margin. If you're evaluating Creatio for a team that lives on their phones, factor that in. For desktop-first workflows, though, this thing is solid.
