Three years ago, my four-person security team was barely keeping up with access controls. Now we're pushing forty employees and Transmit Security has scaled right alongside us without me having to rearchitect anything major. That's the part I didn't expect. Adding new users, adjusting privilege tiers, onboarding contractors with scoped access, it all fits into the identity orchestration layer they've built in a way that actually holds up under real growth pressure. The policy management console is where I live every week, and it's gotten cleaner with each update.
The one friction point is the initial configuration, which has a learning curve that can feel steep if your team is stretched thin. Their customer support pulled us through it, though, so I can't complain too loudly. For a growing company that needs PAM to mature as the headcount grows, this is about as solid a choice as I've found. No regrets after three years.
