Clean, navigable, and honest about what it's doing. That's the short version. Two years of setting Census up for clients and the UI has never made me feel like I need a manual nearby. Syncs are visual enough that I can walk a non-technical client through their own setup on a screen share without anyone's eyes glazing over.
The one real friction point: the sync status messaging can be vague when something fails mid-run. Diagnosing the root cause takes longer than it should. Not a dealbreaker, but something they could tighten up.
