At Series A scale with a 35-person team, Notion is our company operating system. Strategy docs, board updates, OKRs, team wikis, customer interviews - it all lives there. The flexibility to evolve our knowledge architecture as the company grows is irreplaceable. I write monthly investor updates in Notion before exporting them. AI summarisation features have become surprisingly useful for catching up on team docs I haven't read. We've consciously avoided sprawling tool stacks by leaning into Notion for as much as it can credibly do. Inevitably, some functions outgrow it - we've migrated the actual product roadmap to Linear, for example. Pricing is fair for the value. My one ask: better executive-level reporting on workspace activity and adoption.
