The data mapping tools are genuinely cleaner, the field-matching logic is more intuitive, and setup for my SugarCRM projects took a fraction of the time. What I missed from the old tool? Honestly, almost nothing.
About six months in now, flying solo, and support has been responsive every time I've hit a snag. The documentation is thorough, which matters a lot when you're figuring things out alone. Really solid value for a freelancer.
