Pipeline failures at 2 a.m. used to be a genuine fear before we standardized on Etleap across our data org. Three years in, I can count serious outages on one hand. The monitoring tools catch drift early enough that my team rarely has to scramble, and the CDC pipelines into Redshift have held up through two major AWS infrastructure changes on our side without drama.
The one real frustration: early on, a bug in the transformation layer silently dropped rows for about a week before observability alerts caught it. That stung. They patched it fast and the fix held, but it shook confidence briefly. Since then, nothing remotely close. For an enterprise rollout at this scale, that track record is hard to argue with.
