Honestly, the integrations are what keep me here. Three years running as a solo consultant, and Slack quietly connects everything I depend on: Asana for tasks, Google Drive for docs, Notion for notes. Each one pipes updates into the right channel without me babysitting it. That alone saves me more mental overhead than I can easily explain.
For a one-person operation, that kind of glue matters more than any single feature. They keep expanding the integration library too, which I appreciate. Customer support has been slow on a couple of tickets, but the product itself? Genuinely hard to fault.
