Five-plus years in, and the UI still doesn't annoy me. That's genuinely rare. Insightly keeps the day-to-day stuff, logging contacts, updating pipelines, checking tasks, accessible without hunting through menus or fighting weird layouts. Our scrappy sales crew picked it up fast when they joined, which tells you something.
The G Suite sync is what keeps my mornings clean. Everything I need surfaces where I expect it. There are moments I wish the reporting side had a little more flexibility, but honestly that's a minor gripe against a product I've trusted through a lot of growth.
