The reporting side of Track Surveys is what keeps me coming back every week. Six months in and I still find the dashboards genuinely useful, not just decorative. I can pull a department-level summary after each feedback cycle in minutes, filter by role or seniority, and hand something readable straight to our department head without reformatting anything. The visual breakdown of competency scores is clear enough that managers who are not data people can actually interpret it. That matters more than I expected it to.
The one frustration I keep running into is export flexibility. PDF and basic spreadsheet outputs cover most needs, but if you want to slice the data in a way that falls outside the preset templates, you're doing manual work afterward. It's not a dealbreaker, and their support team responded quickly when I flagged it, but it does add friction on the quarterly reporting days when I'm already stretched. Overall, a solid platform for mid-size department rollouts.
