I've been selling on Auctionninja for two years now. It is the best online auction platform I've found! The fees are very reasonable and the support is amazing. In the two years, I've had maybe 1 or two minor glitches which is phenomenal compared to other online auctions I've used.
The site has many sellers, and not all are equal, please realize that when you see a complaint, it's usually due to that SPECIFIC seller, but Auctionninja takes the heat. Auctionninja is probably the brand I recommend most out of anything I use.

The auction ninja site crashed during the auction and was unable to access until it was over. I have no idea how I did nor could I increase bids on items. The owner of these items should also be upset as they lost out on $$$$$

After reading other reviews, I am shocked. I absolutely love the auction house. I have won amazing funds for my senior living community and have been thoroughly rewarded. I recommend the auction to anyone who wants to buy something for themselves and get a fantastic deal!!!

I participated. They requested commission before they would release the capital amount that I intended to withdraw. The withdrawal has already been finished, but my account hasn't yet been credited with it. I had read so many stories about BanninkSolutions and how they recovered and they helped me. Auction said it was closing at a certain time, I won multiple auctions, and then all of the sudden all auctions from that sale added another 24 hours. The auction said I won, that I had the winning bid and it was closed. And now everything is extended for a DAY. 3 hours AFTER the auction closed I received an email saying the seller extended the close date... This is not a soft closing, this is a scam. Sellers should not be able to extend an auction AFTER the auction has closed, regardless of any issue, the Auction ended. They also have zero support. If you click on 'bidder support' for items or purchases on their website nothing happens, you're just at the FAQ page. No support, bad business practices, don't trust this site.

Aution ninja is not a good platform people have their way to bid on their own items to make the most money out of them , if you try calling auction ninja you are out of luck no costumer care help , vendor take advantage of it and sell items described as good when in fact are not good you try returning something and forget it hells break loos and you are in your own , I recommend Amazon for their no quiestuons ask return policy

Auction Ninja is owned by Clearing House Estate Sales. They are highly unethical. I had a horrible experience after bidding on and winning an item, it was not as shown on the site and I asked to be removed withdraw my bid. I had driven 45 minutes. They contacted the second in line who wanted it. The “seller” then belittled me and harassed me. I have been”banned” from bidding at Clearing House since. Two years ago. They would not respond with any sense of accountability. Run far, run fast.

Overall: So overall I've had a great experience BUT…
So overall I've had a great experience with AuctionNinja, I've found some great deals (they are rare) and overall I've had good experiences with sellers. The one thing AuctionNinja does NOT have going for it is inspiring confidence in auction integrity. There is almost no way for an average user to determine if shill bidding/auction rigging is happening in any particular auction. I reached out to AuctionNinja to clarify this and was told AuctionNinja tracks the IP addresses of their vendors to ensure vendors are not bidding on their consignments.

Anecdotally, I can attest that this is either not true or a flawed process. On one occasion I picked up an item I had one from one auctioneer only to overhear the female overseeing the property transfers claim to myself and at least one other person that they had also bid on our items because they were also trying to win those items. Whether she was trying to ride the price up or genuinely win those items is really speculation.

There are things other platforms such as Ebay and Shopgoodwill do to give transparency to their process such as display auction participants usernames in the format of Cxxxxxxxxx7 where first and last letter of username are displayed. I understand nothing is foolproof but at least if AuctionNinja had this displayed you could observe an individuals bidding behaviors to determine if things look sketchy such as riding up bids but never winning anything/strategically avoiding high bid status and participating in predominantly the same auctions over and over.

Great place to shop estates sales online. I always find great deals. Sometimes get sucked into a bidding war and have paid more than I intended but I guess that's part of the game. Overall, great experience.
