Horrible company. Had to use them for Cobra and had to do their work for them. They can't THINK....they can only keep reading non stop from their prepared scripts. Supervisors will NOT talk to anyone. Can't get past the front line of idiots that know absolutely NOTHING. Payment was recieved. Check(s) were cashed. Yet they just could not seem to figure out HOW to connect it to MY cobra account. So paid them $100s nad NEVER got Cobra. Basically they stole the money.
