Green D“The system seems to work really well, but my experience…”
The system seems to work really well, but my experience of customer support is disappointingly very poor. I've sent 2 e mails so far via their site requesting assistance and tried to call countless times - to date no response to e mail and the phone number (as stated on their contacts pre sales page) hangs up every time. I only want to renew my account in a different name. Looks like ill have to go elsewhere. Real pity.
