For a user to log a task, they simply need to specify where the defect is on the floor plan, add details and any necessary photos, assign it to a team member (including themselves) and from there they can track its progress from start to finish whilst updating as necessary along the way. Defex is priced per project per month with unlimited users. Our pricing plan has a minimum of 5 projects with cost increasing based on volume after that.
