Friday, July 26, 2019 #70161 J linton from Self I have had horrible luck getting any response from the company. Since they don’t have a contact phone number or anything. I have filled out multiple tickets (960230 on 7/12/19, 527672 on 7/10/19, 969623 on 4/15/19 and 995621) all of which the company has sent out the email saying they received it, but no further response from the company. Wednesday, January 30, 2019 #65397 Rob Hens from SubspaceX.com They will not cancel my service and have been billing me for 6 months. I had to call the bank and put a stop to it. I then put in a support request saying hey, you guys never canceled my account from support ticket #109076. They closed my inquiry tickets about the issue without response!!! Monday, September 17, 2018 #62004 Ben Myers from None I purchased a "The Forest" gameserver only to find out that they no longer supported it when it was supposed to be delivered.I contacted support and they said they would refund me. This was 5 months ago. They have only been out for a couple days but I had purchased a Grand Theft Auto V FiveM Server from them but I didn't know that you needed the FiveM client.
