“After+years+of+swapping+providers+due+to+terrible+product+quality+or+customer+service,+I+stumbled+upon+Hivelocity.+Within+15+minutes,+a+custom+quote+was+provided+to+suit+my+needs+over+their+live+chat+without+hassle.+Codero,+a+competitor,+was+unable+to+match+the+price+and+specifications+offered+by+Hivelocity+during+my+comparative+search.+Although+an+account+manager+seemed+to+use+a+recycled+"personalized"+email+to+express+the+perks+of+the+datacentre+during+his+sales+pitch,+not+once+did+I+feel+as+if+my+business+didn't+matter+to+them.+A+file+corruption+issue+(caused+by+a+script+installed+by+me)+created+a+completely+unusable+environment.+I+submitted+a+low+priority+reload+request+and+went+to+sleep.+I+woke+up+with+exactly+what+I+asked+for.+Bottom+line?+The+hardware,+customer+service,+and+overall+quality+of+Hivelocity+is+impressive.+You'd+be+crazy+not+to+deploy+your+next+server+with+them,+I+know+I+will.”
