In the event you believe you have properly added a qualifying product to get a FREE .COM during an active sale, but you are not prompted by the shopping cart to select your free or discounted domain name, just keep your qualifying item in the cart and go to the DOMAINS menu, select and add a qualifying domain type (.COM is almost always among the free offerings if you're unsure which one to add) to the cart, and then add any promo codes if required by the offer. Make sure no conflicting sale items might be causing the cart to give you a different discount or freebie offer perhaps by buying only these items in one transaction together: Domain and Qualifying Product. Your cart will change the total amount of the purchase to reflect the discount, and usually also show the qualifying domain at the free/discounted rate.
