I briefly used iomart's Cloud service, I wanted to use it to set up the backbone of my Cloud services company with a number of multi-tenanted solutions. Although when the machines were set up they were OK. But during the initial set-up I found the staff unhelpful and often felt that as a smaller company I was not really being appreciated, just tolerated. They are pretty expensive compared to other providers too, and always seem to push the long term contract onto you. I imagine if I was a company of 500 staff I would have had a much better experience.
