Hosting 101“We have been hosting with JaguarPC for years now. All…”
We have been hosting with JaguarPC for years now. All is fine until we have server issues. Once the tech team from India gets involved it takes way too long to get things resolved. Their techs are slow to fix things, respond to tickets at a snails pace and don't answer all the questions asked. The customer service reps on the chat only answer those questions they are authorized to and ignore all other questions! Terrible support!
