Honestly? The first time a client's mentoring workflow hit an edge case, I braced for it to fall apart. It didn't, mostly. Kiksasa handled unusual founder profiles and non-traditional business models better than I expected for a platform this young. The customization really does adapt per user, which is the whole pitch, and it holds up.
That said, I ran into a few gaps when setting up clients who had overlapping mentor relationships across programs. The system got a little tangled there and support took a couple days to respond. Minor stuff, but worth knowing if your client roster is complex.
