Integrations were my biggest concern before we committed to KreditBee on behalf of our clients, and three years in, that concern is completely gone. The platform connects cleanly with the CRM tools and document management systems our clients already run, which means no one is rekeying data or maintaining a fragile spreadsheet bridge on the side. When a client's ops team pulls a borrower record, the status updates from KreditBee are right there. That kind of friction removal is what actually makes or breaks an agency relationship.
The KYC workflow deserves a mention too, because it feeds directly into the reporting stack we pipe everything through. Their support team answered a fairly technical API question I had within a business day, which is honestly better than I expected from a platform at this price point. A few edge cases around custom field mapping took some back-and-forth to resolve, but they got there. If you're running client accounts at any real volume, the integration story here is genuinely strong.
