"Motivosity is the solution to a myriad of our cultural struggles." What do you like best? My company is comprised of office workers and construction / field crews. Culture is incredibly important to us and what we're trying to create is more important than the money we earn at the end of the day. A rift had formed between the different teams due to separation and we knew we needed to fix it. I can confidently say that Motivosity was and is the solution to our problems. The teams have never been closer, workplace satisfaction is at an all time high, retention is up, and the pricing is extremely affordable for the value provided. There has been an outpouring of positivity amongst the employees and Motivosity has provided an extremely light-weight but effective structural backbone for future process improvement. We ran into issues with making sure we fairly recognized accomplishments. This tool not only allows for greater recognition but also lets us know when someone hasn't been identified in a while to make sure we can address that.
