Strongvpn.com / Reliablehosting.com started as a small company in South Lake Tahoe in 1994 selling PC computers. We began offering Internet Services for the local area we were in via our website California.net and soon after that we offered Dedicated Servers and colocation services. We moved from various colocation facilities in Northern California until we settled at 200 Paul ExchangeColo now run by Digital Realty Trust. This facility offered us a ideal location for peering and growth ability. Since then we have been able to steadily grow our customer base by understanding one fundamental rule in regards to business. You can't grow a any business on product and price advantage alone, a strong customer service culture is also critical.

“I had dedicated servers with more than one Hosting company…”
I had dedicated servers with more than one Hosting company and they were OK but no real love. One of them even had frequent service outages, but they insisted that they were staying within their guaranteed 99% uptime and I had no reason to complain. I made the final switch to Reliable Hosting several years ago and have been very satisfied. As the name implies, this company is indeed reliable, and not only that but affordable. The support staff offer prompt and personal attention. Never have had any major issues and any small problems are always handled in a professional and friendly manner. They also offer a top-quality VPN service.
