Rentberry is a decent service for listing property. The platform is free for posting. I like that tenants can submit custom offers, thus you can be sure that property will be rented at fair market price. What I like about this platform that it does tenant screening. They use Experian for this purpose. I run credit reports and background checks through this service before. Tenants love Rentberry as well, because they don’t pay application fees whereas others sites charge extra money for apply. I also like that the site syndicates listing to other platforms, as a result more tenants are getting engaged.
