Tuesday, March 7, 2023 #107869 Ryan Rhaije from JINO (11 - 25 Employees) Their provided CV is not an ATS format and its an outdated module. Also they charge you without any subscription declaration, you will be charged by a 1$ assuming that this is a one time payment, and after a few days they start charging huge amounts on your registered bank card without any prior consent from your end and even they don’t send updating emails. They are a fraud and not recommended CV creators. Overall RatingEase of UseFeaturesValue for MoneyCustomer SupportLikely to Recommend 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. Thursday, July 8, 2021 Verified Review #95738 Thomas Reed from ResumeNerd (2 - 10 Employees) Honestly this service has helped me tremendously. I do understand the kind of hidden fee thing, as I just misread something and meant to buy an 8 dollar subscription, instead my card was charged 100$. I Immediately called and honestly I didn't even have a wait time for customer service. I can't remember the gentlemen's name who helped me which I regret, but he got me the 8$ a month subscription and refunded me the 92.95 back to my card. The refund was even instant, it's already there. Amazing customer service from my experience, and this resume I've made from the templates I believe is the reason I've been getting really any job with ease. I've gotten like 30 interviews in the last couple weeks, these 1 star reviews I don't think does this site justice. I mean I like it, and will continue to use it. Simple, not free, but cheap as fuck for a good service. Overall RatingEase of UseFeaturesValue for MoneyCustomer SupportLikely to Recommend 1 of 4 people found this review helpful. Sunday, January 26, 2020 #76973 Rachel Gross from Rachel Gross (2 - 10 Employees) My teenage daughter was charged a total of almost $150 for a service she barely used. She signed up for ResumeNerd in May 2019 to help find a summer job although she lacked the Legal Capacity to sign any contract. She uploaded her resume and then forgot about it. She entered her debit card information because she thought she thought her total charge was $1.75. She did not know she would be charged a monthly fee of $24.75. Emails from Resumenerd went into her spam folder and we didn't realize she was incurring monthly charges for 6 months. I called Resume Nerd and they agreed to only a partial refund. Wednesday, October 16, 2019 #73668 Jason lake from Jason lake Do not use this site. They offer a free trial period but at the same time take your credit card number then without notification debit your account for the cost of their full service.
