Have enjoyed this company in the sense of ...gathering contacts and getting significant reviews which people like to check out when deciding about visiting our business. It is pricey and the options we have really used are review/information gathering and periodic newsletters/campaigns. Somehow I wish there was more to it (such as an engaging customer service to really reach out often and help you fine tune your business based on what they can offer, building up the business even more)..although again, getting the reviews and sending campaigns gets our business noticed and I guess that's the bottom line

As a small business owner there is so much to pay attention to that doesn't include what you ACTUALLY provide as a service. Signpost is brilliant with their help they provide. It is like have an additional department in your business you can ring when you are in the weeds and there they are quickly with all the answers.
