Softeon WMS Is A Complete Tool That Offers Effective Inventory And Resource Management. Softeon has a unique product that helps in resource utilization and effective management of inventory and product stock. It uses advance analytics and shortest route algorithm to make sure multiple pickups can be made possible in quickest possible turnaround.It offers both cloud as a service or in house premises deployment.It also allows order shipping and loading tracking facilities that are really effective in managing bulk orders status. It has one to many mapping feature where it can allocate a resource to many zones and thus help saving time and cost. It is really effective in front loading important orders and prioritizing their delivery over other orders.

Good: On-Site support during go-live and post go-live. Implementation team going over and above to ensure fully functional at go-live. Support team for post go-live activities. Understanding the specifics of our business. Ability to work with different technologies; i.e., mobile devices, browsers, etc. Continued support from the vendor's project manager. Versatality, agility, responsiveness, and flexibility. To Work On: Ensuring our business requirements are clear to all. Standardized vendor's documentation. Flexibility of the system. Support from the vendor. Ability to add modules surrounding the SCM suite which is all written on the same code-base / platform; therefore easier integration between the modules and easier implementation for the go-forward. Great product with functionality that immediately makes a significant difference and positive impact to our operation.
