Good: On-Site support during go-live and post go-live. Implementation team going over and above to ensure fully functional at go-live. Support team for post go-live activities. Understanding the specifics of our business. Ability to work with different technologies; i.e., mobile devices, browsers, etc. Continued support from the vendor's project manager. Versatality, agility, responsiveness, and flexibility. To Work On: Ensuring our business requirements are clear to all. Standardized vendor's documentation. Flexibility of the system. Support from the vendor. Ability to add modules surrounding the SCM suite which is all written on the same code-base / platform; therefore easier integration between the modules and easier implementation for the go-forward. Great product with functionality that immediately makes a significant difference and positive impact to our operation.
