“This company should have a -20 Stars. I cannot believe…”
This company should have a -20 Stars. I cannot believe that employers would use this shoddy company as the first interaction with a potential applicant. Their software is absolutely horrible and they offer you no help with any issues that you have. If you contact them with issues they make it back to you in 3 to 4 days which is generally too late to help. This is just that you be hardwired but that does not help. I have suffered through this interview system twice myself and have multiple friends and acquaintances we have had to use it also and every one of them have had issues. I used 6 different computers and two different cell phones all having issues. The videos are glitchy and your voice does not match up with your lips, very blurry poor quality. I can't believe this company is in business at all and should be shut down and never used by anyone!

“As a job seeker, I found Spark Hire super easy…”
As a job seeker, I found Spark Hire super easy to use. I had to submit a one-way interview for a virtual position and didn't have any problems with the software. The best part about Spark Hire video interviewing is that I'm allowed to record and playback my responses numerous times before submitting. This was probably one of the best interviews I've done yet!

Pay Ease“This is the easiest application that I have used for…”
This is the easiest application that I have used for video interviewing. Super friendly. Great bells and whistles and you don't have to be a tech geek to master the site. I have reviewed all the video interviewing companies and Spark Hire has blown away everyone's price and no contract is required. I was amazed that all of the other video interviewing companies required contracts and wont disclose pricing. Very happy customer.
