Squadcast is a best-in-class incident resolution engine that provides operational visibility to tech teams. Our key goal is to help measure and improve the mean-time-to-resolve (MTTR) for incidents by providing a seamless experience across the DevOps phase of product development. Squadcast helps you minimise downtime and maintain reliability. Squadcast sits on top of many monitoring tools, gets inputs from them, triggers an incident when human intervention is needed (Lot of Integrations) and ignore false positives (Alert suppression). Squadcast uses Intelligent incident flows / features to determine the right person(s) (Smart squads, escalation policies, schedules, vacation mode, alert suppression) and notifies them using different channels wherever they are (Phone, SMS, Email, Slack, Hangouts), provides them with the tools (cli, timeline, war room, run books, interactive terminal, triaging) to fix the outages while parallelly communicating (Internal / public status pages, posting to twitter, rss etc) with your customers and other relevant stakeholders during and after an incident and helps identify what caused it (Automated / 1-click RCA), so it can be prevented from happening again.
