I've had two great experiences with Temok during my first week using them as my hosting provider. First off, they were the most affordable hosting I was able to find, which is fantastic as this is a personal website. Secondly, when I had DNS issues with a separate CDN provider, they were willing to go above and beyond to assist me with the issue and get my site running. So far, I've definitely made the right decision with them!

My last host was my first experience and I survived with them almost eight months thinking everything is fine and down-times are normal routine thing in hosting industry. It’s been almost a year that I moved to Temok and realized what I have been through. I have no complaints regarding their services whatsoever. They never charged me extra for anything, customer support has been great and uptime was ok to. There has been some little issues but completely tolerable. Overall they have been great and I’ll continue using them.

Fairly speaking I came to them because of their cheap prices and I was a little confused as they were new at that time. Now when I’m with them from more than a year I can say that they have been impressive so far. There have been 2 or 3 down times but were not unexpected as they warned me early about maintenance and upgrade. What that impressed me the most is their support. They provide quality support with very short response time. Over all I can say that they are one of the best hosts in this price.
