I love that Text Request makes it easy to upload and update contacts. It is also vital to be able to attach documents to send to students/families which we didn't have in our old system. I love that you could use this for payments as well, though we will likely not use that function for our purposes. It's wonderful you can change the layout of the screen to meet your needs.

Text Request has been a great replacement for Zipwhip. It does everything and a little more. Their data migration tool made for an easy transition of our Zipwhip data (HUGE). After we purchased their support/training was also great. I would highly recommend this software.
