Thursday, April 17, 2025 #118768 Jay Crowe from JDC Digital (51 -100 Employees ) I purchased the Cleanly plugin in February and quickly realised that the plugin does not work as advertised and gives a very poor user experience. I raised a total of 10 support tickets with them to give them chance to resolve the issues and I was very patient and understanding. After 2 months of going backwards and forwards I politely requested a refund because there were still many issues outstanding and the plugin was unusable. They refused and are blaming me for not giving them access for long enough. They had 2 months to resolve these issues before I had to look for another plugin because I had deadlines to meet!
