Terrible. We left this platform about 2.5 years ago for hosting our website, but they still managed our email until 14 months ago. They were okay (3 stars) when they were Adhost. Tierpoint sucks. Horrible customer service. Our final move was prompted by an email outage that lasted over a week, with no sense of urgency from Tierpoint. We were told that we should take our business elsewhere (so, we did) because they weren't interested in being an email provider. They were happy to take our money when things were working, but kicked us to the curb when it became necessary to actually earn that money. Hire them at your peril.
