Not the boilerplate ticket queue you learn to dread, but actual humans who understand leisure management workflows, respond within hours, and follow up without being prompted. I've had three urgent issues escalate on behalf of clients and each time the response was specific, calm, and fast. That consistency across multiple accounts is rare.
Beyond support, the feature set covers what my clients need for scheduling, guest flow management, and seasonal event coordination without forcing workarounds. Onboarding a new client account takes maybe a day.
