Every client I manage through Tivoli's platform eventually asks the same question: what happens when something breaks or I need help fast? Six months in, I finally have a confident answer. Their support team is genuinely excellent. Not the boilerplate ticket queue you learn to dread, but actual humans who understand leisure management workflows, respond within hours, and follow up without being prompted. I've had three urgent issues escalate on behalf of clients and each time the response was specific, calm, and fast. That consistency across multiple accounts is rare.
Beyond support, the feature set covers what my clients need for scheduling, guest flow management, and seasonal event coordination without forcing workarounds. Onboarding a new client account takes maybe a day. There are a few reporting filters I'd love to see added, and the dashboard can feel slightly cluttered at first glance, but neither of those things has slowed anyone down meaningfully. For agencies managing leisure destinations, this is a genuinely solid platform.
