Happy to work with Dedicated.com. Dedicated.com is a reliable provider. After bad experiences with other providers in the US we went to Dedicated.com and since we are there everything is okay. Unfortunately there was a 2 days downtime in NYC but this was because of the fire dep caused by issues in the DC. The support is fast and will help you with problems. Sometimes you have to bug them but in the end they will help you. The prices are absolutely fair for the service!

Dedicated provides, unlimited bandwidth plans (though we use very less bandwidth), fast network ports and ssd drives. Dedicated.com are a thumbs up! I've been hosting on and off with dedicated.com for the past 3 years and I have to say, I've never really had any problems. They're good at replying to tickets, the servers are as advertised and there's no horrible packet shaping that can limit your server. Damian is lovely and always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company and I've used a fair number of hosting companies over the intervening decades.

we collocate 4 servers across 2 of there sites. Customer service is excellent, price is very reasonable, had the odd blip, but neither in my opinion were directly the result of dedicated.com's actions or lack of knowledge, there comms during these blips was very good, which is all you can ask during incidents. The control panel synergyCP is very good also and a nice addition to the colo service compared to iDRAC being open to the entire web like with other colo facilities we have used. Connectivity is good and all in I cant really say anything negative. Would recommend for colocation all day long.
