Unprofessional business. I have spoken to 3 different people about VeloxServ Co-location service and yet no one has gotten back to me. Last I received was a quote and when I got back to them that we are happy to proceed, I received no response. Completely Unprofessional. It has taken me 3 weeks to just get a simple quote. I would say Avoid this organisation if possible. If this is how they treat customers then it says a lot of about them.

We joined Velox about 6 months ago and haven't looked back since. From the start Velox have been amazing, they promised to price match another company and help me add parts to the servers and install the OS's for free etc. which just shows how great their remove hands are and customer service. We send our servers to them and they rack them pretty much the same day each time. Whenever there has been an issue, I can simply call their number on their website and they're there at the other end. Craig and Vrinder are legends, they even help with issues that aren't their fault! Totally recommend and you have a long term customer here. Thanks once again!

Having worked with VeloxServ and closely with Craig for almost a year, I can say with confidence that their customer service is 1st rate. The installation of our equipment into their Rackspace at Wolverhampton went smoothly and we were even lent cables that had not been delivered in time. We had to make a few visits to the data centre for system upgrades and have always been warmly greeted even at unfriendly hours of the day. I would strongly recommend Velox for rack space as they are professional, friendly and have a wealth of knowledge.
