This company is a joke. The customer service is absolutely horrid. They don't even have enough common courtesy to spell a persons name correctly. Then if you say something about it, you are completely ignored. They make up their own fake "compliance" rules and ignore you when you point it out.

If you are considering using this company and FORCING your vendors to signup to in order to be able to work for you, please choose something else! It is bad enough that service providers are not allowed to choose whether or not to opt our of these safety reporting companies, but this one is just the worst for customer support, billing and user friendliness of the website. Maybe consider seeing what the majority of your vendors are already using instead of just requiring then to buy another program that is expensive and a time suck!
