What do you like best? The UI is very simple and easy to use. Quality of video is great, and the mobile app is great for on-the-go video making. It's been an absolute game-changer for me. What do you dislike? The free version now only allows you to have a limited number of videos available, but if you are the sort of person who is creating a ton of content, the paid version is worth it. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? It's helping me get a deeper conversation or pitch out there to prospects in a condensed format. Ultimately it's solving the problem of people's short attention span for reading by using video format instead.

What do you like best? The Vidyard interface is simple and easy to use, which allows you to manage video assets like a breeze. The various sharing options are easily accessible via links, ensuring that viewers enjoy optimized viewing experiences regardless of where they're watching the videos - on social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, or your website. You can also incorporate videos into drip campaigns or nurturing programs by adding events or calls to action within the movie, which can then be customized based on the stage of the buyer's journey that the video is being used for. This application has made my life significantly more accessible, and I couldn't be more grateful! What do you dislike? I had problems with Vidyard only after I requested closed captioning for several of our films. It was difficult for their third-party transcription provider to transcribe videos with non-native English audio, which prohibited the development of closed captions. Nevertheless, their support team quickly refunded me for the captioning service and was helpful in general. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? Many individuals struggle with relationship building. Despite this, Vidyard is visually engaging and compels viewers to hear your message. According to my study, sending a personalized video instead of an email increases the likelihood that the recipient will take action.
