We've been using this for 5+ years for our school PTO, and plan to continue to use.low cost, relatively user friendly for our community to use.The best customer service - they are so quick (responses within the hour, sometimes within minutes!), and always provides the answers I'm looking for.Some functionality is clunky. We offer lots of series-classes that students must sign up for all sessions the functions available to handle this doesn't fully fit our needs, so over the years we've added in some manual workarounds. There also isn't a "shopping cart" option for students to add several items and check out and pay at once, they have to pay individually which is clunky for our users.
