We are a small business. Our entire two year tenure with Salesforce was nothing but horror, from the Contract that locked us in and had tons of up front help/support which disappeared once we signed on dotted line; it's enterprise level service only accessible by having an IT person there 24x7 just to maintain this heavy burden--especially since their FAQ pages Point Or Contact Us for assistance! The clunky nature makes learning hard as well because you have so many different things going at once (layering usage security).
