"Reblaze has an excellent customer support, an outstanding product and proven track record." What do you like best? The technical support and the technology itself. You get direct access to Reblaze engineers via Slack or Whatsapp. Support requests are responded to almost immediately. The product performs exceptionally well. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? I can sleep peacefully knowing that Reblaze has my back in case of any ddos attack or threat. My server logs are pristine; 99.9% of all malicious requests don't pass Reblaze. We heavily use the Analyze Traffic Log tool to review and monitor traffic and to troubleshoot issues reported by users. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would 100% recommend Reblaze for bot mitigation, DDoS protection, and WAF. It's also part of our DR plan, with the ability to switch to a hot-standby application right from the web console. Certificate management is another great feature.
