First foray with HPU was when they lost 5 years of my company email and couldn't recover any of it. The tech support here is simply pathetic and as bottom shelf as you can get. When I tried to move my domain, they had entered my email address incorrectly. So I had to update my email, which locked my domain transfer for 90 days. I could almost believe they did this intentionally, but that would actually take intelligence, which no one I dealt with there has.
