I purchased a tool to migrate data from a PST file to Thunderbird. However, I faced an issue where my multi-level nested subfolders were not being converted. When I contacted the support team, they explained that this problem was due to the Windows file path limit of 260 characters, which is a known limitation of Microsoft Windows. To resolve the issue, the support team helped by shortening my folder structure, which brought the file path within the 260-character limit. This allowed me to successfully migrate my data. The support team was responsive and helpful throughout the process. Overall, the tool works well, but understanding and working around this limitation required some extra effort.
