“IDU - Simply the best for what we do” May 22, 2025 5.0 Wits has used IDU for over 15 years. In this time we haven't changed the way we use the tool and it's basic functionality still works well for us. Pros It is such a simple tool to develop, use and maintain. The consultants and the help desk are great and ever ready to help. Cons There is currently nothing that I don't like. We keep our interaction with IDU as simple as possible for all our users. We hardly ever have any significant issues and errors. Reason for choosing IDU-Concept IDU was the best tool for us and met our requirements for budgeting and reporting. Switched from Microsoft Excel The other products didn't meet the needs of our budgeting process.
