Support is poor. Further, response is slow from support requests. My associated Azura Cast 7 account has been down for over 24 hours and Asura Hosting has not even posted an announcement on their website and/or letting their customers know they are experiencing technical difficulties. I have made two requests so far asking for an update about their down server to NO AVAIL. The last response, which I had received for an other issue three weeks ago, was the same as the one I received lately: Thank you for contacting technical support. We are escalating this to senior staff for specialized attention. This may cause a slight delay as many of our senior team members are currently focused on a new location launch in Switzerland.
