They are ok until you need support. The phone number they supply isn't manned and your messages are never returned. Emails are also ignored My diary system isn't working correctly and showing incorrect information. Including showing me as not available for appointments or the other issue of sometimes allowing bookings 24 hours a day, when I am only open 9am-7pm Maybe if you are a large company, they may care
